Murray Wills
Director / Principal Consultant
BACKGROUND
Murray is a positive, professional, and energetic individual with over 25 years of in-depth IT and business experience. He has hands-on experience in many areas of business and IT to senior management level, and he has a passion for IT enablement of business strategies and achieving results.
His experience covers the full gambit of information technology and business functions. From an IT perspective they include IT Governance, programme and project management, architectural planning, technical support and training, software development and management, operations management, business analysis, RFP and RFI development and evaluation, IT and business strategy development and planning, technical writing, research, relationship management and marketing.
Industry wise, Murray has extensive experience in the corporate, banking and finance, government and tertiary education sectors (as an academic and Head of School). He has also spent time as a Sales Manager in the IT industry, which exposed him to a significant number of other industries. Murray is one of those rare individuals who can bridge the gap between the business and information technology departments and academia and business.

Amanda Wills
Director / Senior Consultant
BACKGROUND
Amanda has extensive experience in the government, banking and education sectors. She is professional and “results focused”. Amanda is an excellent communicator and has a keen eye for detail. She is often recognised for her organisational ability and in 1999 she received the Project Management Institute of New Zealand President’s Special Award to recognise her significant contribution to the NZ Chapter.
Amanda has particular expertise in: project management, project office setup and facilitation, project methodologies, training, banking, business process redesign, business analysis, and human resource management.
