Understanding IT Governance

We are pleased to once again undertake a number of courses this year in conjunction with the Institute of IT Professionals (IITP).

The facilitator for these courses is Murray Wills, and they are aimed at IT Professionals and Company Directors and have been running for the last 3-4 years.

IT Governance is focused on the leadership, structures and processes that ensure that an organisation’s information technology sustains and extends the overall organisation’s strategies and objectives.

This workshop explores and explains IT Governance in depth and covers the building blocks to enable effective IT Governance in your organisation. ISO has just released 38502, which is designed to sit alongside the International Standard on the Governance of IT, 38500. This course will review the contents of these standards, which have relevance for Directors and IT professionals.
